This recipe was my first attempt to make French Toast in the oven. It’s super easy and less busy than flipping batches over the stovetop. I used leftover baguette which was a fun size for my toddler.

SHEET PAN FRENCH TOAST
Ingredients:
– 1 baguette (or bread you have handy), sliced
– 4 eggs
– 3 Tablespoons Vanilla Almond Milk
– 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with
parchment paper - Whisk together eggs, milk, and cinnamon in a large
bowl. Add bread and mix to combine. Let sit for
1 0min to allow egg mixture to soak into bread - Remove bread from bowl and arrange in single
layer on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes,
until set and golden brown - Enjoy fresh from the oven with your favorite
toppings. You can easily freeze leftovers and reheat
in microwave
Notes:
– It’s not overly sweet (which my family likes). You can easily mix in a little honey or maple syrup into the egg mixture to sweeten it up.
-I’m playing around with Instagram reels and I documented this recipe HERE

One response to “Sheet Pan French Toast”
Hey Kat, I just want to say thanks for posting this. I love french toast, however haven’t made it in over a year. Can’t stand at the stove like I use to, tending to dipping, soaking, and flipping in a frying pan. So this idea of mixing all at the same time and cooking them on a cookie sheet in the oven. MMMM man what a fantastic idea. I look forward to giving it a try. Thanks Kat.
