If you had a freeway billboard, what would it say?

If I had a freeway billboard, it would either say a positive affirmation or a joke. I think everyone need to see something that makes themselves smile everyday.

Positive Affirmations

I am loved and worthy

I am more than my circumstances dictate

I am proud of my achievements

Jokes

I had a co-worker for many years that would lighten any situation with a joke. We worked in the cardiac cath lab, providing direct patient care for those with cardiac issues. Often patients would roll into a procedure room feeling tense and anxious…and then my co-worker would tell the cheesiest joke you could imagine. 99% of the time our patients would smile and immediately feel more at ease. Getting a person to smile, especially someone you are caring for, is the best feeling and can change a person’s day.

Now don’t fall off the table, you’ll end up in the hospital!
