Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal

A simple and delicious breakfast you can whip up for the family in less than 15 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 3 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 apples, peeled and cored, roughly chopped
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Directions:

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring the milk to a boil.
  2. Stir in the oats, milk, apples, cinnamon, and maple syrup.
  3. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Enjoy!

Notes

  • You can also make this in them microwave: combine all the ingredients in a microwave safe bowl, and cook according to the package instructions for the oats.
