Easy Baked Chicken Breast for Meal Prep

This is a lightly seasoned chicken breast that can be made ahead and added to a variety of meals. Add to your favorite salad or sandwich wrap for an extra protein kick. Or mix into pastas, soups, or rice dishes.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lb Chicken Breast
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Season chicken breast with salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  4. Let chicken cool for 10-15 minutes, and then cut into strips or cubes of desired size.
  5. Add to your desired recipes

Notes:

  • You can freeze any leftovers. Perfect for when you need to add a protein to a meal in a pinch.
