This is a lightly seasoned chicken breast that can be made ahead and added to a variety of meals. Add to your favorite salad or sandwich wrap for an extra protein kick. Or mix into pastas, soups, or rice dishes.
Ingredients:
- 2 lb Chicken Breast
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- Season chicken breast with salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Let chicken cool for 10-15 minutes, and then cut into strips or cubes of desired size.
